Enquiry data and privacy

This page explains how Media Lacuna handles enquiries. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email medialacuna@gmail.com with your email and enquiry reference.

Information and purpose

We use your name, email, selected service, message and any optional organisation, audience, budget or timeline information to review your enquiry, reply and prepare a proposal. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored in a private database on the project server and are accessible to its operator. An internal email notification contains the enquiry reference and service category, without your name, email or message. Enquiries are not published or used to subscribe you to advertising. We delete enquiries on request or after 180 days unless continued storage relates to work agreed with you.

Your choice

The form consent covers reviewing and responding to your enquiry. You can contact us directly by email instead. A draft is stored only in your browser’s session storage to preserve it when switching languages; it is cleared after a successful submission or when the browser session ends.

Technical data

To limit automated submissions, the server temporarily stores a hash of the network address and request times. Anonymous daily counters record route choices, case opens, form starts and saved enquiries. They do not contain names, emails, messages or persistent visitor identifiers and do not connect visits across sessions. Counters represent events, not unique people. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are used. External websites have their own privacy terms.
